Luxurious silk scarves with Vienna motifs
Jelena studied fashion design in Russia. She graduated with distinction and underwent further training and education in Central Europe. She has worked as an illustrator and art director for renowned international clients in the sectors of advertising and filmmaking. When Jelena first visited Vienna in 2008, she was so overwhelmed by the marvellous capital city of the former Empire that she decided to stay here. The ever-growing love for the city in combination with her passion for fine fabrics led her to the idea of creating silk scarves, which are meant to be ambassadors of Vienna and its timeless beauty – so the label Jelena Fiala was born.

This is your Story!
My favorite place in Vienna is Lainzer Tiergarten. I enjoy this extensive public nature preserve with its rich wildlife and the Hermesvilla, Empress Sisi’s “Palace of Dreams” where she used to spend time to relax.
If you want to experience a day off the beaten tourist tracks during your stay, I encourage you to head to the west of Vienna and visit Otto-Wagner-Kirche am Steinhof — it is an architectural masterpiece and considered one of the most important Art Nouveau buildings in the world.
My scarves are inspired by the cultural heritage and imperial architecture of fabulous Vienna. Each design has been created by me with enthusiasm and great attention to detail and is produced and hand-sewn in small series in Como (Italy), world-renowned region for its fabrics and printing excellence
