The Vienna Secession is the world's oldest independent exhibition space dedicated exclusively to contemporary art. As an association of visual artists, it promotes innovative art and regularly showcases works that reflect current artistic trends.
Vienna and music are inseparably linked, and Hotel Beethoven embraces this tradition. On weekends, we host a chamber music concert in our Papageno Lounge with Michael Babytsch on cello and Pavlo Kachnov on the Bösendorfer grand piano.
For mild weather and fewer tourists, spring and autumn are the best times to visit, while summer is ideal if you want to experience the full tourist program. If you want to experience the famous Viennese Christmas markets, winter is the best time.
