USER AGREEMENT FOR MEMBERS AND VISITORS OF THE FASHIONTOURI HOMEPAGE

 

1. Introduction

1.1. Contract

You agree that you are entering into a binding contract with FashionTouri e.U., Mag. Ronja Svenja Scherzinger (hereinafter "FashionTouri") when you register by clicking on "Login", "Sign up", "Register" or similar on the homepage https://www.fashiontouri.com/de (hereinafter "FashionTouri homepage"), access our services or otherwise use them (as described below).

If you do not agree to this contract (hereinafter "Contract"), you should not click on "Login", "Sign up" or "Register" (or similar) and should not access our services in any way.

 If you wish to terminate this Agreement, you may do so at any time by closing or deleting your account and by no longer accessing or using our Services (unless other notice periods expressly apply, as is the case for registered sellers, for example; see Section 6 for details).

1.2. Scope of application

 

This Agreement applies to users registered on the FashionTouri homepage (hereinafter "registered users"), registered sellers (hereinafter "registered sellers"; registered users and registered sellers together hereinafter "members") and visitors to the FashionTouri homepage.

 This Agreement applies to the FashionTouri homepage, the use of the FashionTouri network offered on the FashionTouri homepage and the services offered therein, other websites, apps, communications and other services associated with the FashionTouri homepage that are expressly offered under this Agreement (hereinafter "services"), including offsite data collection for these services.

 The collection, use and other processing of your personal data is subject to our https://www.fashiontouri.com/de/privacy (including our cookie policy and other documents referred to in our privacy policy) and its updates.
